Rich has over 26 years of sales, marketing and management experience, ranging from start-up
companies through Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked with hundreds of businesses in
dozens of different industries nationwide, implementing the systematic marketing plan –
Monopolize Your Marketplace (MYM). As a result, these businesses realized increased qualified
leads, higher conversion ratios of prospects to clients, and greater sales amounts - their
profitabiltiy soared!
He was selected by his peers to organize and lead the Monopolize Your Marketplace Group
Consulting program. The MYM Group Consulting program is delivered in the Dallas/FT. Worth
market twice a year (spring and fall). It consists of eight two-hour sessions where the MYM
principles are taught to entrepreneurs, business owners and marketing directors.
Rich volunteers at the Small Business Development Center, Collin County Community College
District, where he teaches the MYM principles. He also writes articles for their Small Business
EDGE publication. He speaks regularly on marketing and advertising topics and delivers MYM
seminars, workshops and webinars nationwide. Rich is an active member of Dallas Chamber of
Commerce and their Ambassadors Club, where he regularly supports the Young Professionals
Network and Information Technology events. He is also a member of the Plano Chamber of
Commerce.
Rich earned his MBA and B.S. Computer Science from the University of Dayton. He currently
resides in Plano, TX with his wife and two children.
